The first number is your Gene Key and the second number after the dot is your line. For example, a sphere showing 40.4 would mean Gene Key 40 with a Line 4 expression.

In the Gene Keys teachings, each Gene Key expresses itself through one of six lines.

One way to imagine this is through music. If the Gene Key is the melody, the line is the key in which that melody is played. The melody stays the same, but the tone, feeling and expression can change depending on the key.

Your Gene Keys profile contains a sequence of Gene Keys that correspond to different areas of your life. Each one carries a specific line that shapes how that Gene Key expresses through your personality, your relationships and your purpose.
