Every time I listen to it, it uplifts my spirit, leaves me energized and evaporates my old pattern of ongoing thoughts of self doubt running in the background of my mind. It is now a part of my regular self care routine and I noticed that the more I listen to it, the more confident I feel and free from the heaviness of self doubt and self judgment that used to weigh me down and keep me living small.
